Why Do I Feel Fatigue And Tired?

Good day Drs., I am a 24 years old female. I just got my blood and urine test results... everything seems normal except that my %NEUT is 70.9% while the normal percentage ranges between 40 & 60% as indicated in the medical report... moreover the RBC/HPF result is (3-5) compared to (0-2) as a normal range and the WBC/HPF result is (1-2) compared to (0-2) as a normal range. the crystals shows Amorphous Phosphates (+++) which I have no idea what does it mean.... I always feel fatigue as well as tired and I dont eat well most of the time... I weight 35 Kg and my height is 150 m. Could u please advice me of what shall I do?

U need not worry much. U probably may b having an UTI -urine infection. But the lab results says it's mild. Just have plenty of fluids n fruit juices. The amorphous phosphate crystals with++++ is to be taken under evaluation. Are u having any features of kidney stone?like pain over abdomen radiating to back? Pain or itching during micturating? If no no need to worry just have fluids n check ur urine routine again after 1week.
