Why Do I Feel Hot All The Time?
Hello. I am hot all the time and have been for many many years. Actually as long as I can remember. I sleep in a 62 degree bedroom. Like to keep house at 65. At work I am miserable, it is 72. I wear sandals, cotton pants, a and short sleeve shirt. Have ugh boots and can't wear them. Unti this year I figured out if I don't wear a coat have long sleeve shirt on and it is under 30 or cooler outside I can wear them. Nails on hand and feet split vertically. And biotin doesn't work.

This is just nothing to worry because this is the functional disorder and not the disease, just forget it, this will come around once avoid such feeling our body adjusted the temperature according to the surrounding temperature, have nice day.
