Why Do I Feel My Head Spinning, Heaviness In Abdomen And Vomiting?
I have suffering from head moving since 04 pm today,also feel heaviness in abdominal and also feeling to come the vomit,whereas two vomit have been come.My age is 43,female,BP 110/60 as check at 08 pm.my email is YYYY@YYYY ,mo 0000.

There are many possible causes of these nonspecific symptoms so it is hard to say which one is in your case without further tests. It can be related to your brain or inner ear or it can be heart disorder. Alos, some abdominal diseases lead to such symptoms as well. You should visit neurologist first.
