Why Do I Feel Nauseated And Tired Whenever I Bend ?

I get a pounding headache and nausea - always ending in vomiting - whenever I bend over and put my head back, i.e. as in looking for something on the bottom shelf of a supermarket, (something I try not to do now, but it s automatic sometimes). After vomiting I feel extremely tired; can sleep for four hours, and feel well again when I wake up. What is going on?

Welcome to HCM forum

These type of symptoms are very common in cervical spondylitis

But you should not neglect it

Get your haemoglobin done

Consult a physician and get your CT scan head done
