You sometimes feel nervous because of the name of a friend with whom you are not comfortable. It makes you panic and cry sometimes. It makes your heart tighten and gives a feeling of numbness.
Nervousness is a temporary feeling of worry, anxiety, apprehension, or fear. It goes away as you relax. Take a glass of water or your favorite juice to feel better.
If indoors try going for a short walk for a change. Nervousness may make you breathe more quickly, have an
increased heart rate, make you feel restless. Eating nutritious foods, being physically active, and getting adequate sleep can help reduce overall stress that may contribute to nervousness.
Avoid negative people and exposure to negative and stressful life / environmental events, it causes mental strain and trauma. You should get connected with a physical therapist.
Talk therapy, cognitive behavior therapy,
stress management may be helpful. Try to forget the past and be cheerful in life.
Let no one undermine you. Stay confident for what you are. If required get clinically examined by a GP, to detect developing angina or any other heart ailment. You will be treated accordingly. If the treating
doctor diagnosis anxiety or
depression, anti anxiety or
anti depressant medicines may be prescribed. However, do not get addicted to it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
