hi doctors....i have a problem hard pieces in my sperm . I can fell little pain during the release of my sperm...what should i do..

Clumpy seen can be caused due to prostate gland problems. The prostate gland secretes most of the fluid in the semen and it secretes the enzymes necessary for keeping the semen in a liquefied state. The second possibility can be infrequent ejaculation.
Please see an Urologist.
