Why Do I Feel Sick And Lightheaded All The Time?

Hi i have a sick feeling all the time. But never actually sick. It feels like i had a lot of alcohol the night before but i don t drink. Also i feel really light headed and spaced out at times. My eyes are a bit foggy too. I have recently had a chest infection and cold could this be symptoms of the chest infection or could it be more serious?

If these symptoms mentioned in the query are after the chest infection then it is a cause of concern .
As these symptoms as fatigue , feeling of sickness , light headed may be due to .1 Tuberculosis , if your chest infection is still present . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for C B C & E S R , CHEST X- RAY .
2 Typhoid fever is another such reason of such type of symptoms , so please get in Widal test.
3 Anemia is another important reason of such symptoms . Get in blood examination for hemoglobin test .
However there are so many reasons of such symptoms as tension ( after chest infection ) , anxiety , deficiency of calcium , depression ( as you mentioned that you are not ill but feels that sick.
