Why Do I Get Fatigued During Exercise And Left Side Of The Body Grows In Size?
hi i am a 33 year old man, when ever i try to exercise my left side become fatigued so easily and the left chest a little larger than the right. it started about six years ago with just my left shoulder, chest, and back but now i feel it at my left hip bone and leg too
You have not mentioned whether you are left handed or right. If you are a right handed person, sometimes lack of skill to use your left arm might have resulted in minor injuries to left half or improper technique handling the weight using left half would be the cause of easy fatiguability.
As far as the asymmetry is concerned it should ring alarm only if it is grossly visible or if it is causing disability. In any case I would suggest you to consult a neurologist to rule out any nerve compression or neuropathic. Do exercise under supervision.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
