Why Do I Get Headaches When I Get Angry?

hi. i am 23 years old. and i had washed my sinuses twice and after that i had an operation of nasal bones about three years ago. now i feel good, but the problem is that when i feel angry or my body becomes week i feel a terrible headache and by the time i take energy drink or eat a chocolate i become fine, so i want to know the reason and treatment. thanks
