Why Do I Get Pain In My Right Hip From Twisting While Standing Or While Carrying Weights?

I get a pain in my right hip from twisting while standing or when carrying weights. It isn t in front or back but seems to be in the hip socket. Rest for days may give relief, but after a twist it comes back. What causes this and what can I do to cure it - exercises?

To know the exact cause of your pain a proper history is needed just like do you have any history of injury or any history of chronic neck pains, fever or any joint pains other than hip like finger joints or any knee pains, have you ever done your X-rays or any blood test if not yet you have to go under certain blood test as well as the X-rays blood test includes test for arthritis profile. MRI scan may also required to make a diagnosis.
