Hello Debbie! From your question it is very evident that you are suffering from depression.Feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, death wishes, suicidal ideations, decreased sleep, decreased appetite, fatigue, low mood, loss of interest in activities that you previously used to like, poor interaction with other members of the family, low self esteem are all the possible symptoms of depression. At this point in time with suicidal thoughts it is important for you to tell someone about these thoughts in your family and to consult a psychiatrist at the earliest , in hospital treatment with pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy is required.
