Why Do I Get Tingling Sensation In Hands And Body And Is It Normal?

I get a tingling feeling in my hands or it feels like my body is cold but not cold.However the coldness rushes all throughout my body. Is it normal Whenever I get exited, or when I listen to a certain type of music like opera or piano music and it feels like I am having a good memory when their is no memory.
