Why Do I Get Tiny Blood Clots When I Pass Urine ?
i keep thinking i need to wee and little bits of blood clots come out well i have been thinking i need a wee but i dont and when i try and go somthimes little bits of blood clouts come out

It seems that you might have stone in urinary bladder or in the kidney.
if there is some erosion in urethra or in urinary tract that causes blood or blood clot.
Go for urine check up and ultra sound.
Take plenty of water.
