Why Do I Get Up Dizzy In The Morning?
hi there 2 days ago i woke up in the middle of the night feeling very dizzy everytime i turned from one side to anther then that morning i could berly stand i felt like i was gonna fall over and felt like i was gonna be sick. late that night i started feeling alot better so come the next day i felt good but late in the afternoon i started feeling sick in my tummy and dizzy but not hard to explain that one and write now i feel fine again whats wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, if there is no other related symptoms like fever vomiting, then this may be due to the hyperacidity, and this can be best treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, and this is nothing to worry, take care.
