Why Do I Have A Thin Brown Line Running From Tailbone To Mid Back?

I went to a normal md check up and was asked by the doctor what is this line going down your back. Well a picture was taken by my doctor and it is a thin brown line running from tailbone to mid back. It has now been a week and a half since my visit and now a second line has appeared. Help I am what is it.
