General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to blocked sweat gland. Blocked sweat gland leads to formation of abscess which can ooze out pus. If it is small, it will get better on its own. If it enlarges then may need antibiotics or surgical draining.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
