Why Do I Have Chest Pain And Numbness In Arm After Having Heart Catheter?
Hda a heart cath 3 days ago noticed tendor lump in groin area. called doc had me come for sonogram said lymph node enlarged had nothing to do wiyh cath said i probably never noticed it before. is this true has nothing to do with cath. Im 52 high blood press had very large tumoe removed from right flank about month ago. Had heart cath due to chest pains and numbness in left arm stress test was giving was also good weigh 205 and am 5 9
hello, Cath can certainly have complications and cause tender swelling, but it usually happens within 12 hrs and late swelling are due to pseudoaneurysm which can be picked up on ultrasound. So since, your ultrasound is also done, and it has confirmed the lymph nodes and also you have history of some tumor removal, it's likely that it is not relevant to cath. And you should visit the primary doctor for tumor, it needs to confirmed by doing fnac from lymph nodes.
