Why Do I Have Constant Gas And Burping In Spite Of Eating Well?
Hi, I am constantly feeling over full despite eating a regular amount at meal times. I have CONSTANT gas and this even wakes me up at night, I need to sit up or stand to burp and this can go on for a while. Sometimes when I have been burping a lot I get earache and headaches from the pressure in my head. I have also put on a lot of weight in the last 18 months, approx 15kgs. I have tried gaviscon and it helps a little bit sometimes, other times it has no effect at all. I am a 41 year old female and the only meds I am on is depo provera. I am normally fit and well. I do have a uterine fibroid that causes pain sometimes but have been told I dont qualify to have a hysterectomy privately and do not want it done with an abdominal incision (because of scarring afterwards) so I m hoping to keep it under control with the depo provera until menopause. Hi thanks for using HCM Firstly i would like to tell you that stop worrying about weight gain coz it will tend to gain weight. All you need to do is eat healthy. Increase the intake of fibre rich products in your diet. Start you day with a glass of luke warm water with some honey and half lemon. Eat in the shape of a pyramid, have lot and lots of water which will keep your skin healthy. Eat slowly and in small portions. Have short frequent meals instead of stuffing your self at once. Walk for atleast 40 mins in a day preferably in the morning or after dinner. Do not take salt 2 hours before sleep.
