Why Do I Have Fissures And Pimples On Vulva?

im 24 year old female, 145pounds, 5"2 in height..my problem is vulval itching prior to my period..when my period stops so as the symptoms stops,and again repeated on the next cycle..lately im really bothered by sudden appearance of pimples and fissures on my vulva..it is so uncomfortable and itchy and painful...please suggest immediate relief to my problem..
