Why Do I Have Heartburn, Vomiting And Constant Burning Sensation And In Throat?
The last few days I have felt burning in my throat and chest like heartburn. I have never had a history of heartburn other than pregnancy. I am 29. I do smoke. I am overweight. I have been sick with a fever this last week but no vomiting. It is a constant burning sensation. Any advice would help. Thank you

Follow below advise ....
Take omeprazole capsule 20 mg daily on empty stomach .... High fatty foods avoided .... Excess spicy food restricted .... Drink more water. Fruit juice more .... Avoid alcohol .... Avoid immediate recumbent position after meal .. Caffeine, chocolate etc restricted that lower LES tone .... Avoid excess bending posture ...
If needed endoscopy done when no improvement seen....
Consult surgeon for examination and endoscopy if needed . .
