Why Do I Have Pain And Itching In My Testicles?

I have had very painfull testicles for many years and feel that smoking both cigarettes and cannibis is causing the constant, intense pain which also seems to radiate up is d along my urethra which constantly aches and has an uncomfortable constricted feeling with a very tender glans. My rigt testicle aches the most and I have a red, non-iitchy rash over both testicles and onto the base of my penis. There is also breaks in the skin just below the glans and resembles recurrant genital herpes. It is impossible to have any sexual relationship as the skin on my penis is very tender and due to sexual friction, I continually break out.I have a yeast allergy. Please diagnose.

Hi.
Noted your complex history having multiple problems. The first you noted about smoking and using cannabis causing pain in the testes is related to the constriction of the end-arteries due to its effects.
Hence you have stop stop smoking and using such substances that causes such problems.
Next problem is related to the itching scrotal and penis base skin and can be very well controlled by appropriate diagnosis and treatment under the care of the Dermatologist.
Your third problem is about the breaks in the skin on the prepuce, this can be due to posthitis.
Circumcision and sending hte skin for histopathology to get the correct diagnosis and proper treatment can solve this problem too and you will be in a position to have sex.
Take therapeutic dosages of vitamin A and D and continue with multivitamins.
