Frequent UTI and pain on right side suggests the involvement of urinary system. As you have got most of the tests done the possibility of stone is also ruled out.
As you are getting frequent UTI I will suggest you to drink lots of water which washes out the bladder and decreases the chances of UTI.
I will also suggest you to consult a nearby nephrologist and get a test done called micturition urethrography.
