Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query swollen bumps at the back of tongue, burning sensation in tongue along with a feeling of something struck in throat seems to be most commonly due to acid reflux in which acid from stomach refluxes into throat and mouth and causes inflammation of throat and swelling and there is a feeling of something struck in throat.
Swollen bumps at the back of tongue can be inflamed circumvallate papilla which contains taste buds and are also due to inflammation cause by acid..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastro-enterologist and get evaluated and in case of acid reflux he can advise you to take Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole, antacids, drink plenty of cool water, take small frequent meals every 2 to 3 hours, avoid spicy and acidic foods, loose weight if you are obese and sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
