Why Do I Have Stomach Pain Radiating From My Diaphragm To My Abdomen, Nausea, Flatulence And Dizziness?

My stomach hurts from my diaphram to my abdomin. The pain is slowly getting worse. My lower back hurts a tiny bit too. I sometimes feel a little dizzy. I get nauseated both when I am hungry, while eating and after eating. After I eat, sometimes there is a lot of gas. I do not want to eat and though I feel a little hungry when I go to eat, a little bit fills me up. I have had a hysterectomy, do not have a gallbladder or appendix. I get diarrhea sometimes immediately after I eat and have to find a restroom fast. I don t feel good.

Hi,

Your symptoms could be caused by a variety of conditions, and it's important to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Some possibilities include:
1. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): This occurs when the acid in the stomach flows back up into the esophagus, causing pain, heartburn, and other symptoms. Lifestyle changes and medication can help treat and manage GERD.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS): This is a common disorder that affects the large intestine and causes symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. IBS can be managed with dietary changes, stress management techniques, and medications.
3. Peptic ulcer disease: This occurs when there is a break or ulcer in the lining of the stomach or small intestine. Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite are some of its symptoms. Treatment may involve medications to reduce acid production and antibiotics to treat any bacterial infections.
4. Pancreatitis: This is an inflammation of the pancreas, which can cause severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Treatment may involve hospitalization and intravenous fluids.
5. Other possibilities include food intolerances or allergies, infections, and other digestive disorders.

Please schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider to discuss your symptoms and receive proper diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
