Why Do I Have Tearing Sensation And Pain After Undergoing Surgery For Endometriosis?

I am 32 and had my second surgery in feb 2011 for endometriosis, it all started in 2009 June, in Feb they removed my left ovary and fallopian tube, my appendix, separated my uterus and bowel and removed the disease from my bowel, bladder, urinary tract and pelvic floor and wall (I am considered a stage 4). Now I am experience a tearing and popping feeling on my left side and similar issues as before but along with it this time I am seeing bruising around the incision on my left side, it will bruise then go away and then bruise again, this mainly happens when I have trouble having a bowel movement which is becoming more frequent, what could this be and should I be concerned?
