hi, im an 18 year old guy and as of the past four months i have been hearing a noise of which sounds like a small stone or something like that rolling about in my head and against my skull any ideas ? it doesnt necessary cause any pain but is very irritating and i do often get head aches but not sure wither this is related or not? You may be suffering from tinnitus. It may be due to eustachian tube block or allergy or middle ear infection or meniers disease etc. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet lecope-AD for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
