General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
Take pantoprazole about 2 hours before meals. Take sucralfate two times a day. You may take drug as tab dicyclomine or drotaverine two times also. If there is no improvement even after 1 week then I suggest gastric duodenal endoscopy to rule out helicobacter pylori.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
