Why Do I Release So Much Heat?

i give off a lot of heat at times. its noticeable to me and seems like it is to others but when i ask family/friends around me they say nothing is wrong. my hands get clammy when theyre near my stomach/core of my body but when i move them away theyre fine. also, when i drive in a car the windows fog up unless the defrost is on.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello user,
I think there is some hormonal imbalance in your body which most probably as per my clinical knowledge is hyperthyroidism, in which there is high level of thyroid hormones in the body i.e. T3, T4, TSH.

These are metabolic hormones which increases the metabolism of the body causing increase in body temperature and its subjective feeling.

You are advised to consult a nearby endocrinologist to look over you, do some tests and have your medicines prescribed.
