Hi,
In late months of pregnancy, mother's abdominal muscles are stretched so abdominal wall is weakened. To gain the tone after delivery, abdominal strengthening exercises should be done. It seems you have not done any exercises and therefore, the problem. Please start having protein, vitamin rich diet and do abdominal exercises under physiotherapists guidance. This would help you.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
