Why Do I Suffer From Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination, Weight Gain And Acne?

Awful pain for 3 days in my left side back and lower left abdominal area. Some pain during intercouse a few weeks ago. Frequently urinating. Started my menstrual cycle yesterday as well. Purplish light bleeding. What could be wrong? I have gained some weight and at acne as well. I am 25.

Your symptoms vaguely match that of an infection, whether this is a simple urinary tract infection or more serious infections,only investigstions can tell.

I would recommend a urine examination, vaginal swab test and blood investigation to check on hormone levels along with a physical examination of course.
