Why Do I Talk While Asleep?

Hi i'm 21 years old and over the past year my roommates have been saying that on occasion I talk during my sleep. This talk isn't anything understandable. However last night I was doing that and Littearly Beating myself up. now i'm afraid to go to sleep.

Sleepwalking, known as somnambulism, is a sleep disorder that originates during deep sleep and results in walking or performing other complex behaviours while asleep. I advise that you should improve your sleep hygiene which may eliminate the problem. You should meet to the psychiatrist to rule out the possibility of underlying illness like Seizure disorder. We also prescribe imipramine like antidepressants to prevent incidence of sleepwalking
