Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What wild dreams you are experiencing could be due to both physical and mental stress.
It would be better to try some relaxation techniques for about 3 to 6 months, before instituting medications.
Kindly do the following, which should help to overcome your physical and mental stress.
1. Early morning brisk walk for 20 minutes and light stretching exercise or yoga for 20 minutes.
2. Meditation for 15 to 20 minutes in the evening.
3. Eat healthy foods and avoid junk.
4. Include in your diet more quantity of fruits and drink a glass of warm milk before bedtime.
Gradually, in about 2 to 3 weeks, you should feel better and you can continue the same further.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.,
