Why Do Have Sore In My Lower Lip?
Sores in the mouth. inside the lower lip. Started out as a small sore, now has these objects under the skin inside the mouth that seem to be shaped like a fingernail clipping, with sharp edges that are sticking into the skin. There must be over 100 of these; area is sore and tender

hello. it is likely that you have developed a viral infection in the mouth and i would recommend you meet your ENt doctor for examination and advice , meanwhile you can gargle with warm salt water and avoid spicy food. thanks
