Why Do I Go Blind For A Moment When I Stand Up?

i am 48 year old woman. But this condition started off and on since I was 13 years old. I sometimes start to feel nausous, extreme hot - my body actually feels hot to the touch by others, dizziness & blindness while standing. I usually have to lay down in front of ac or fan blowing on me, until I break out with whole body cold sweat. After the cold sweat I slowly start to get better. Do you know what could be causing this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that this could be orthostatic hypotension, but as you said that your experiencing this symptom since you were 13 years old so in my opinion the differential diagnosis need to be ruled out and for this you need to go for clinical examination this is must, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
