The fleshy lump which you passed is blod clot due to heavy bleeding after withdrawal of OCP, if bleeding is constant and more with clots urgently consult gynecologist.

The fleshy lump could be most probably a blood clot .But it's more common ly seen during heavy periods.If it was just once and you have no other symptoms, it is not worrisome.
If persistent or associated with pain or discharge, consult your doctor.
