why do my arms and legs ache when i drink alcohol? I am a 32 year old female. Whenever I drink alcohol I get aches in my arms and legs. It usually goes away pretty quickly but it always happens, sometimes even with the first sip. What causes this?

may be u r developing alcoholic neuropathy.......better u say no to alcohol and take multivitamins + methylcobalamin tabs in consultn with ur physician.
