Hi I have been getting these spells that last random amounts of time where my eyes get out of focus and I feel like I'm going to pass out some times my vision gets like tunnel vision and sounds suddenly.get louder and lately when I have these attacks while standing my legs feel very week

Get a thorough neurological check up done. But before that vision assessment, auto perimetery for visual fields, IOP should be done by an eye specialist.
You will find the cause.
