my hands are always cold whenever I enter cold places by cold places I meant 16-18 degree celcius but the rest of my body is fine and there was once after sauna there and pins and needles on them.Is there an explanation for this? I am 17 and a skinny guy
hi, i had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
One of the earliest responses to cold exposure is decreased blood flow to the extremities. This causes vessels to dilate because of cyclic fluctuation in blood flow that occurs upon cold exposure which commonly occurs in the extremities (hands, feet) and face (cheeks, nose, ears). The initial response to cold exposure is a sympathetically-mediated peripheral constriction of vessels, resulting in reduced local tissue temperature.
Hope this guides you. Thank you.
