Hi! Welcome to HCM! Dizziness caused by Lisinopril is due to fall in blood pressure. In our body, angiotensin converting enzyme converts angiotension I into angiotensin II. Angiotensin II is one of the most powerful vasoconstrictor responsible of contraction of peripheral blood vessels. Lisinopril inhibits the angiotensin converting enzyme thereby prevents the formation of angiotensin II and therefore causes relaxation of blood vessels thus causing a fall in blood pressure. Adderal is approved for limited clinical conditions like attention deficit hyperactive disorder and narcolepsy. Its use other than these conditions amount to drug abuse which is harmful to your health. It has to be stopped gradually otherwise abrupt withdrawal can result in harmful reactions like agitation, tachycardia, anxiety and high blood pressure.
