Why Does A Child Cry After A Nap?
Why does my 20 month old toddler waking up from naps crying and screaming? He will fall asleep in stroller and then we move him to crib to complete the nap. He opens his eyes and rolls over and closes his eyes and continues sleeping. Today he napped almost two hours but he woke up and started crying and screaming. Not sure why this is happening. Doesn t happen all the time, probably 3-4 times a week.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is just crying and no other symptoms are there like, fever vomiting, then it is nothing to worry because it could be due to some crying tendency and may not be any disease, take care for feeding and other general care, if it is continue to cry then clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
