Why Does Cramping And Tampons Indicate?
So I just started to have a period a day or two ago. I am on Implanon birth control arm implant. I have had it for a year now. I thought I had completely stopped having a period, since I have not had anything for almost 5 months now. I do have sex, but we use a condom every time and he pulls out. I occasionally have very light spotting. This time it is a lot heavier. I have gone through a couple super sized tampons. It is a bright red color and I have cramping. I did take pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. Is it possible I could ve had a miscarriage without knowing I was pregnant or is it just a period?

The implanon act prolonged supression of the endometrium. This may sometimes cause prolonged heavy bleeding. You were not pregnant.
Try tranexamic acid 500mg thrice a day for 3 days.
