Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

To help cope with gout. Eat plenty of vegetables such as kailan, cabbage, squash, red bell pepper, beetroot, but limit the intake of vegetables with moderate purine content such as asparagus, spinach, cauliflower and mushrooms. Try not to eat too much. Red meat and organ meats (liver, tongue and sweetbreads). Shellfish such as shrimp and lobster. Refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, pasta, sugar). Processed foods (chips, snack foods, frozen dinners). Sugary beverages.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
