Why Does Heaviness In Throat Occur?

yes hello, every year during this period i feel a heaviness in my throat.. a month ago it started and i took antibiotic because swallowing was hard so it stopped with the medicaments.. but it came back 2 days after i stoped the antibiotic... all i feel is heavy throat, no flu, no fever and basically this happens more at night and during the day it is basically less... would appreciate your answer.. thank you
