Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... im having wrist pains where i try n flex my thumb towards my pinky my wrist pops or stiffin up when i first started noticing it wasn’t painful but now i try an flex its hard to do so
It can be a nerve compression underneath your wrist as in carpel tunnel syndrome. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief. If pain persist, get an MRI scan done to look for any nerve impingement. In severe cases surgical correction may be required. Consult an orthopedic and he will direct you accordingly.
