Why Does My 15 Month Old Gets A Red Rash On The Back Of His Arms?

My 15 month old gets a red rash on the back of his arms when he is outside and it is actually hot to the touch. He has also been running a mild fever for the last 5 days due to 4 teeth coming in. Mainly curious about the rash though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be allergic condition and in my opinion this can be best managed with Diphenhydramine lotion and for the fever Acetaminophen can be used, and this is just nothing to worry, have a nine day.
