Why Does My Ankle Itch?

I have a crescent shaped itchy spot on my ankle. It is not raised, but there are some red spots below the skin. Other ankle also itches in the same place. Life is too busy to go to doctor s office unless it s really necessary. Can you give me any advice? Do I need to have this looked at now?

Hi,

It seems to be related to stasis eczema. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream on the affected area for 2 weeks.
