my baby 13 month from this morning when he take breast milk vomiting and has togethe fever what we have to do help me please

Vomiting might be due to stomach infection because there is fever.
It may be because of child putting his hands in to the mouth during playing every where.
Start anti emetics and anti pyretic treatment under guidance of your paediatrician.
