Why Does My Blood & Urine Test Have High White Blood Cell Count?
Hi. I got my blood & urine test results back and they showed a high white blood cell count with all other results normal. I have been experiencing fatigue, off and on sweating (day and/or at night), and about 2 weeks ago the right side of my neck hurt, and now it hurts on the left side. I feel light headed at times. About a month or so ago my right testicle hurt and was tender to the touch. It went away after a few days, but a few days later the left one was tender for about a day. My doctor's suggestion was ibprophine as needed for "some kind of infection. I'm worried it's something more serious. Any suggestions?

Elevated neutrophils in blood suggests presence on infection.The presence of pus cells in urine suggest presence of injection in the genitourinary trsvy.
Tender testis could be due to inflammation of the testis.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic.
