my chest has been hurting for 3 days my back hurts on the same side my chest does and last night my breast burned on the same side my chest hurts what could this be ?

chest pain. Burning sense of upper abdomen, are suggestive of GERD (gastroesophagial refux disease).. avoid taking of spicy food, oily foods, restrict coffee, tea, take meals at proper time, if smoker or alcoholic need to stop.. good sleep.. by doing above thing the symptoms will decrease and it will heal by 2 to 3 weeks...Hope i have answered your question
