Why Does My Daughter's Head Hurt?

My daughter was riding on the back of a bike with her friend and both fell off , she banged into the back of the other girls head , she has a small swollen area over her eyebrow, but complains that the back of her head hurts too on the same side. is this normal. Does she need xrays

She need a CT scan of brain to rule out any injury inside the head, as she is complaining of headache. She also has some sort of local hematoma around eye, so fracture should be rule out first.
